ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of one(1) week and thereafter every first and third Saturday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders by order of this Honourable Court on 10.01.2025 in Crl.MP.No.345 of 2025 in CrlOP.No.30465 of 2024. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of one week and thereafter, every first and third Saturday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders dated 10.01.2025 in Crl.MP.No.345 of 2025 in CrlOP.No.30465 of 2024, is relaxed.
