ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to assign the investigation into the affairs of the 4th and 5th respondents company to the 3rd respondent either on own motion or calling for a report of the Registrar or Inspector under Section 208 of the Companies Act 2013 by considering the complaint dated 09.04.2018 in time bound manner. 2.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 09.04.2018 given by the

petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
