This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere with running the petitioner's bunk shop and directing the respondents for grant of license / permission for running bunk shop at Venkatesapuram South Colony or Venkatesapuram North Colony or Near ESI Hospital, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Ayanavaram, Chennai pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2/6

the respondents 3 and 4.
