ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in 8(b), by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.2967 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation has been completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2967 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 is relaxed.
