ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as his client, viz., the petitioner herein, has circulated a Letter dated 18.07.2021, instructing the learned counsel to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel also forwarded a copy of the said Letter dated 18.07.2021 to the Registry of this Court to that effect.

The Court heard the submissions of Ms.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent and Mr.B.Jawahar, learned Standing counsel appearing for the 7th respondent.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Letter of the petitioner dated 18.07.2021 circulated to the Registry, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
