2.When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the petitioner and the respondent along with their respective counsel appeared before this Court and submitted that the parties have settled their matrimonial disputes among themselves outside the Court and they have decided to live amicably together.

3.This Civil Revision Petition accordingly stands dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
