This matter earlier came for consideration before this Court on 23.10.2024 and also on 13.11.2024. on both the occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. 2.Today (18.11.2024), inspite of the matter being listed under the caption for Dismissal, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session. In these circumstances, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution.
3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Thre shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
