O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle payment of Gratuity, Earned Leave, Medical Leave, Provident Fund and all other retirement benefits payable to him with 18% rate of interest within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has already informed Mr.Parthiban, Law Officer of the Transport Corporation, the case will be listed before this Court for admission. He has also relied upon the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD).Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 dated 12.06.2015.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents has informed before this Court that he has not received case papers from the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer and without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2022 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
