This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.02/2023 pending on the file of first respondent and quash the First Information Report.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent - State, has submitted that investigation in the matter has been completed and, therefore, the prayer of the petitioner in this petition has become redundant and infructuous.
