The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 03.10.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 12494 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent was present and submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.10.2017 has been complied with and accordingly charge sheet came to be filed on 22.06.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
