O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to break open and vacate the 3rd respondent from the petitioner's premises on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has let out his property to 3rd respondent herein and when the lease period was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

going to expire, he sent a notice to the third respondent who refused to vacate the property. The petitioner states that the third respondent is using his property for illegal activities contrary to the understanding of the agreement. Under such circumstances, in order to vacate the third respondent from the property, the petitioner had given a representation to the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore on 18.03.2021 seeking police protection, but no action has been taken on the said representation.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petition has been assigned C.S.R.No.49 of 2021, E1, Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore, that if both the petitioner and the director of the third respondent appear for the enqiury, appropriate steps will be taken and the 2nd respondent would complete the enquiry within a period of one month.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry with the petitioner and the representative of the third respondent firm and complete the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
