This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent in respect of the O.A.No.173 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners for appointment to the post of Junior Engineer/Assistant Motor Vehicles Inspector by granting age relaxation. 2.Though the appellants / petitioners herein has raised several grounds in the above Writ Petition, challenging the order of the Tribunal in rejecting his request for participating in the recruitment process, Mr.S.Devanathan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would

submit that the he is not pressing any of the grounds raised in the Writ Petition, and that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioners, which were made on 13.02.2025 are considered by the respondents. The submissions of the learned counsel is hereby recorded. 3.In consideration of the submissions made, the respondents herein are directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 13.02.2025, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one (1) week from today.
