Seeking leave to institute the suit, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application.

2.Applicants are the plaintiffs in the suit filed for partition and declaration. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that four schedule mentioned properties are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and two schedule mentioned properties are situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
