This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 17.02.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for correction in the UDR patta pertaining to the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made 2/4

by the petitioner on 17.02.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
