ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 302 IPC in Crime No.46 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the petitioner has already been granted bail before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee in Crl.M.P.No. 7259/202, dated 23.04.2021. Therefore, this petition may be closed. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
