This petition has been filed to implead Mr.R.V.Harikrishnan as the 17th respondent, represented by his appointed Power of Attorney Agent Mr.O.Radhakrishnan, in the above writ petition No.16682 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4, learned counsel for 14th respondent and the learned counsel for the 16th respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 (1/2) krk NOTE: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in W.P.No.16682 of 2020.
