ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of H.M.O.P. No.4294 of 2012 within one month from the date of disposal of this revision

petition.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner/husband submitted that the respondent has filed a petition in H.M.O.P. No.4294 of 2012 for dissolving the marriage solemnized on 10.09.2006 before the V Additional Family Court, Chennai. There is no application pending in the said O.P. The above said HMOP posted for enquiry and the same has been adjourned from time to time. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition filed before this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, HMOP is pending for more than three years and considering the nature of the work by the petitioner who is serving in Army, this Court is inclined to direct the learned V Additional Family Judge, Chennai to dispose of the H.M.O.P. No.4294 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No Cost.
