Mr.S.Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner preferred this writ petition for a direction directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner as depot masterie with effect from 23.03.1989 notionally for purpose of getting revised pension taking in to account of G.O.Ms.No.284, Environment and Forests (FR II) department dated 08.05.1989 and confer all consequential benefits by considering the representation dated 10.01.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2021, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.284, Environment and Forests (FR-II) Department dated 08.05.1989, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
