Seeking leave to sue the respondents, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for damages based upon the violation of agreement dated 07.07.2014, which is said to have been signed by the parties within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
