Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(c) imposed by this Hon'ble Court dated 22.02.2021 in Crl.OP.No.2508 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.HARI Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing them to report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2508 of 2021, dated 22.02.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
