This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the cause title of the respondents address from (The Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies, No.12, Thambusamy Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010) to The North Madras Cooperative - Whole Sale Stores Limited, No.58, Ibrahim Salai, Chennai-600 001.

2. Mr. A.Arunkumar, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that now the name of 4th respondent was changed by the Government. Hence, it is necessary to amend the cause title of 4th respondent.
