Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a limited time frame for the transfer of patta in respect of Punja lands in S.No.428/1, 428/2 and 428/3, Pallipudupattu Village, Villupuram Taluk, and District in the name of the petitioner, by considering her representation dated 24.06.2017. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.06.2017 and to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken cognizance by the 2nd respondent and a notice has already been issued to the petitioner by fixing the date of enquiry as 10.04.2020. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been directed to attend the enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and subsequent development that has been taken place, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceed further with the enquiry and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
