This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No.2058 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition in Crl.O.P.No.2058 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 06:30 p.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police J-13, Tharamani Police Station, Chennai.
