O R D E R
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 7.12.2012.
2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the second respondent had fraudulently obtained Legal Heirship Certificate from the Tahsildar, Namakkal and another Certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Namakkal in proceedings dated 5.1.2011 is a different one.
3. It is contended that on 5.1.2011, two Legal Heirship Certificates were issued by the Tahsildar, Namakkal and the second respondent had produced a bogus Legal Heirship Certificate and secured the public employment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. This being the complaint now sent by the writ petitioner, the first respondent has to verify the genuinity of the Certificate produced by the second respondent and take action, if there is any fraud or otherwise.
5. In this view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 7.12.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.
