(CRIME NO.31 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.OP.No.5339 of 2022 dated 07.03.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.[CRL.MP.NO.5553/2022] (ii) Modify the condition imposed as the petitioner shall report before the Vennandur Police Station, Namakkal district instead of the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Fairlands Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl OP No.5339/2022 dated 11.03.2022 and thus render justice.[CRL.MP.NO.5554/2022] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner herein was granted anticipatory bail on 07.03.2022 with specific condition that he should deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.

to stay at Salem and report before the Fairlands Police Station and also to furnish two sureties for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each.

2. The petitioner has complied none of the above conditions and now filed two petitions, one to modify the conditional order and another to extend the time.

3. This Court finds inspite of granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner is not inclined to comply the conditions, but after lapse of more than a month has come before this Court seeking modification and extension of time.

4. This Court does not finds any reason to entertain these petitions.

Hence these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
