Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the order of the 3rd respondent dated 28.03.2022 and directing the 3rd respondent to give a permission to conduct agitation on 14.04.2022 at 10:00 am, at the Cuddallore Road in Vadalur.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order of the 3rd respondent dated 28.03.2022 and directing the 3rd respondent to give a permission to conduct agitation on 14.04.2022 at 10:00 am, at the Cuddallore Road in Vadalur.

2. It is seen from the prayer that the petitioner had sought permission to conduct agitation on 14.04.2022, However, now we are in the year 2023. Therefore, this petition has becomes infructuous. If a fresh representation given by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in the manner known to law.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
