2. Mr.M.Magesh Kumar, learned counsel, who entered appearance for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
