ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was unsuccessful in the selection process pursuant to the Notification dated 17.10.2022 for the post of Village Assistant in 8 notified Villages. Several grounds have been raised challenging the appointment made pursuant to the recruitment notification.

3. In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondents, it is stated that the petitioner did not qualify in the selection process since she had scored 50 marks out of 100 marks, while the successful candidate had scored 87 marks.

4. Since the petitioner had scored lesser marks than the selected candidate, selection process cannot be found fault with. In this background, the petitioner may not be entitled for the claim for selection.
