2. Mr.F.Terry Chellaraja, learned counsel, who entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 viz., contesting parties, submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
