No 41/2018 and 3/2019 in pursuant to the order passed by the Labour court coimbatore in ID.NO 291/2010 DATED 23-5-2017 (WMP.13356/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.13238/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.P.SHANMUGASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- When the mater is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that conditional order of this Court dated 29.04.2019 has been complied with and the amount has been deposited to the credit I.D.No.291/10. He has also filed proof affidavit to that effect.
