This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.173 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 in Crl.OP.No.26952 of 2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.173 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 in Crl.OP.No.26952 of 2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders, is relaxed.
