SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., The Defendant in the suit in O.S.No.188 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Sulur, is the Revision Petitioner herein. 2.As per the order passed by this Court on 26.04.2022, the learned District Munsif, Sulur, was directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.188 of 2017, within a reasonable period of six months. Once again, the Petitioner had approached this Court, seeking further direction on which this Court had sought explanation from the learned District Munsif, Sulur, and also with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, to supervise the disposal of the case by the learned District Munsif, Sulur. 1/4

3.As per the report dated 21.03.2023, received from the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, an explanation offered by the learned Principal District Munsif, Sulur, is found that, after direction from this Court, the Plaintiff had filed a Petition to implead the local Panchayat President as 2nd Defendant in the suit in O.S.No.188 of 2017 and also amend the prayer to declare the gift deed in favour of the Panchayat as null and void as third parties had encroached the Plaintiff's property. Subsequent to the amendment of the plaint regarding impleading of the Panchayat President as well as amending the prayer in the suit, the Plaintiff had subsequently sought to implead those encroachers who had encroached on the Plaintiff's property as Defendants and the same is still pending for enquiry.

4.Considering those developments, the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, is directed to supervise the same and the earlier direction to dispose of the suit holds good. Since the suit is of the year 2017, a further period of six months is granted. The learned Principal District 2/4
