There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.12.2013, with regard to the grant of Local Cable Operator Licence in favour of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the

learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.12.2013, had already been considered and rejected by the first respondent, vide his proceedings, dated 28.11.2014. Hence, no orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents stating that the first respondent had already rejected the request made by the petitioner, vide his proceedings, dated 28.11.2014, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
