ORDER

Seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue transfer certificate and other certificates to the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 2.This Court, by order dated 07.02.2018, directed the matter to be posted before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre for arriving at an amicable settlement. In pursuance of

the same, the parties appeared for mediation, settled the dispute between them and filed a joint memorandum of compromise dated 02.03.2018 to that effect.

3.As per the mediation report dated 02.03.2018, enclosing the joint memorandum of compromise filed by the parties, the petitioner and the third respondent have entered into a settlement, during the course of which, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- by way of a demand draft bearing No.181318 dated 02.03.2018 drawn on State Bank of India, towards mess dues to the third respondent and the third respondent has agreed to hand over the documents produced by the petitioner and to issue transfer certificate and conduct certificate to the petitioner. 4.In view of the settlement so arrived at between the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise filed by the parties. The said joint memorandum of compromise dated 02.03.2018 shall form part of this order. No costs.

MEMO OF COMPROMISE ------------------ This compromise is entered into on this 2nd day of March, 2018 between the petitioner herein and 3rd respondent herein agreed to compromise the matter on the following terms:

1. The 3rd respondent hereby agrees to hand over the following documents to the petitioner:

a. 10th marksheet of the petitioner b. 12th marksheet of the petitioner c. Community Certificate of the Petitioner d. 1st semester marksheet of the petitioner

2. The 3rd respondent hereby agrees to issue the following certificates to the petitioner:

a. Transfer Certificate b. Conduct Certificate

3. It is further agreed by the 3rd respondent that the 3rd respondent will not make any negative comments as the conduct of the petitioner in the conduct certificate.

4. The Petitioner hereby agrees to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) towards the mess dues to the 3rd respondent.

D.D.Drawn at SBI TIRUCHENGODU (D.D.No.181318) and D.D.Dated 02.03.2018 and handed over to the Principal.

5. It is further agreed that there are no further claims or counter-claims to the writ petition.
