Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give police protection by establishing a Police booth with 24 hours surveillance and further direct the respondents to forbear from allowing anybody to use the plot in Survey no.66/22 for worship and gathering without obtaining prior permission from the District Collector as per law. Heard both sides and perused the records.

2.The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Mandamus, directing the respondents to give police protection by establishing a Police booth with 24 hours surveillance and further direct the respondents to forbear from allowing anybody to use the plot in Survey No.66/22 for worship and gathering https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without obtaining prior permission from the District Collector as per law, which does not survive at this length of time. 3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the police authorities, if necessity arises. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
