Today, the matter is listed under the caption for "Being Spoken To". 2.These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 289 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

3.Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel submitted that he has filed vakalat for the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent has also filed C.M.A.Nos.674 & 676 of 2022. He further submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petitions.

4.Ms.R.Shreevidhya, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent in both the C.M.As and she submitted that she has no objection for the above petitions being allowed on condition that the petition shall forfeit the interest for the delay period, in the event this Court enhancing the compensation. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent as well as the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. 6.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on the condition that the petitioner shall forfeit the interest for the delay period in the event this Court enhancing the compensation. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
