ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, initiated by the respondent.

2. The proceedings is of the year 2014 and this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this length of time, when admittedly the Trial has already commenced in this case. It is left open to the petitioner to rise all the grounds before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in MC.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
