Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.4316/2021, dated 05.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P., on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4316 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 397 of IPC, in Crime No.763 of 2020, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
