Arb.Appln.No.128 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., Learned Advocate Commissioner filed her report stating that she had executed the warrant and the vehicle has been seized at Bangalore and handedover to the applicant.

2.Further, learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that she incurred a sum of Rs.12,020/- towards expenses for transportation and the same was not borne by the applicant. Therefore, she seeks a sum of Rs.12,020/- towards expense for transportation and a sum of Rs.40,000/- as additional remuneration.

3.In view of the above, the Advocate Commissioner is discharged and the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.12,020/- towards expense for transportation and a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) towards additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner within a week from today.
