A.No.5527 of 2016 is filed under Order 14 Rule 12 calling in question, the order dated 03.10.2016 of the learned Master, made in A.No.5094 of 2016. Pending such application, A.No.5528 of 2016 has been taken out with a prayer for stay of the operation of the order of the learned Master that has been called in question. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent in the main application has fairly submitted that he will not pursue the matter in manner pursuant to the impugned order of the Master pending disposal of the main application. The same is recorded. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 7 is present.

4.It is also submitted that the decree has been satisfied and therefore the plaintiff may have no interest in the matter at this point of time.

5.Post the main application in A.No.5527 of 2016 for hearing on 16.11.2016.
