O R D E R

This revision petition is filed seeking to direct the learned District Munsif, Harur to dispose of the O.S. No.144 of 2012 within a specific period as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent has filed a suit in O.S. No. 144/2012, for declaration and permanent injunction. In the aforesaid suit, issues have been framed and no application is pending. Hence, there is no impediment to dispose of the suit, within a time frame.

3. Considering the above submission and the fact that the suit is of the year 2012, pending for the past five years, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Harur to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.144 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No order as to costs.
