This petition has been filed to extend the time for conclusion of the arbitral proceedings.

2. This court by an order dated 22.11.2019 in A.No.7371 of 2019 has extended time by four months to complete the Arbitral proceedings and it ended on 26.04.2020. Hence this petition.

3. The respondent has no objection for extension of time to complete the arbitration proceedings.

4. Considering the nature of the proceedings pending before the Arbitrator and also the pandemic situation, further period of six months is extended for completion of the Arbitral proceedings, from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
