ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 27.01.2021 for the offence under Section 366(A) of I.P.C. and 3, 4 of POSCO Act in Cr.No.51 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that petitioner induced the defacto complainant's daughter and had sexual intercourse with her with the consent of his wife.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that due to previous enmity, the defacto complainant had lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner and defacto complainant are neighbours and the victim girl is only 16 years old and further submitted that the petitioner and his wife induced the victim girl and the petitioner had sexual intercourse with her.

5.The offence committed by the petitioner is a heinous offence. Hence, considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
