To Direct the concerned police authorities to provide the petitioner with a Personal Security Officer (PSO) and his family with adequate police protection to ensure the safety of my family & myself in WMP.2277/17 in WP.No.574/14.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RANARAJAN NARASIMHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in person and of Mr.SU.SRINIVASAN ASG for 1 & 2 respondents and Mr.R.MUTHUKUMARASWAMY AG ASSIT BY M. MAHARAJA, (HR & CE ) Special Government Pleader for 4 & 6 respondents and Mr.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent the court made the following order:- On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that adequate security arrangement should be provided to the applicant and his family members. In view of what the applicant has expressed in the application, the threat perception be revisited.
