JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous appeal filed challenging the judgment and Decree dated 17.09.2019 passed in Arbitration O.P. No.142 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore. 2.

After several adjournments sought by the learned counsel appearing appearing for the appellants, this Court, posted this matter today, as a last chance to hear the arguments of the learned counsel for the appellants. Today also, the learned counsel for the appeallants appeared and sought further time.

This Court had already granted sufficient opportunities to hear the arguments of the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the 2/4

matter has been posted today, as last chance. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.
