This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that they shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpet on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of six months in Crl.MP.No.18684 of 2022 by order dated 12.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
