ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.5(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30006 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 a.m.., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30006 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
