Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREERANGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of NO APPEARANCE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the suspension of sentence and bail order dated 07.04.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.3246 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.408 of 2020.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant would submit that the respondent/accused has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3246 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.408 of 2020 dated 07.04.2020 till date and hence, the suspension of sentence may be cancelled.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation for the respondent.

4.Considering the above facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the suspension of sentence already granted by this Court on 07.04.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.3246 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.408 of 2020 is cancelled. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Ambattur is directed to execute the order passed in S.T.C.No.95 of 2015 dated 22.08.2017 in accordance with law, without any formal application. -sd/- 29/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
