Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to treat the petitioner's one-year bond period as completed and to consequently relieve the petitioner from her bonded service in Government Primary Health Centre, Negamam (RBSK-F), Coimbatore Health Unit District and further to direct the 5th respondent to return her original certificates and documents collected during her post graduate admission along with her post Graduate degree certificate, Tranfer Certificate and conduct certificate.

The petitioner seeks to relieve herself from bonded service in Government Primary Health Centre, Negamam (RBSK-F), Coimbatore Health Unit District. She further seeks return of her original certificates and documents collected at the time of admission to the post graduate course.
2. The petitioner has, for the first time, sent a representation to the authorities on 07.03.2024 seeking the same relief as prayed for in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is pre-mature, and the petitioner may well pursue her representation before the respondents, bringing to their notice relevant Government Orders for appropriate action.
3. This Writ Petition is disposed as above.
