ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2026 and not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation dated 25.02.2026, which was forwarded to the second respondent. But no action has been taken by the respondent police in this regard. Further, on instructions, he submitted that the petitioner will be ready to appear before the respondent police on any given date. 3.Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner sent a representation to the Commissioner of Police on 25.02.2026, which was forwarded to the second respondent. The second respondent gave C.No.441/DC-TBM/Civil/ 2025. The commissioner of Police, Tambaram City, gathered information as follows: "5.It is further learnt that, to retaliate the murder of Albert, his father Dominic (52 AD) S/o.

Arulappa, approached notorious rowdy Vairam @ Vairamuthu (47, SC, Kunrathur PS HS) S/o.Deivasigamani, (Total cases 32; 103 BNS 04; 109 BNS 06; others 22) and paid some amount to eliminate Suresh and his accomplice. Vairamuthu accepted the deal and planning to climinate Suresh and his accomplices and vice-versa." for that purpose, the petitioner what was kept under watch. However, the petitioner was never called for any enquiry. Now, the petitioner undertakes to appear before the second respondent police on 12.03.
